Sentiments Of A Southern Artist: "Lazy Daze"

I've been a bit lazy the past few days.  At least as far as playing with glass goes.  I did manage to take care of a few long-overdue household chores.  Got all the laundry done and even managed to give my new Solder-studio a good once-over.
If any of you out there have ever soldered, then you already know what a messy business it can be.  Flux flying..Solder droppings dancing here and there..and everywhere.  I've even found small fragments of the stuff attached to the window pane in front of my bench.
Oh well..painting isn't clean and tidy either, but somehow I always manage to minimize my messes.  With Solder on the other hand, I seem to have less control.  Hot molten solder seems to have a mind of its own.  Paint goes where I tell it to go.
I'm currently offering this Parisian Inspired 8X8 Canvas in my Etsy Shop.  It can be purchased either framed or unframed at:
My sweet "Faith" bottle Sold the other day.  She found a wonderful new home up North and now suddenly I'm reminded I need to get crackin'.  Here it is Wednesday and I've yet to produce a new glass piece.  Guess y'all know where I'm headed.

Much Love & Sunshine To Anyone Who May Have Visited Today!

I am feeling a sense of loss over your Santos...why oh why didn't I see it first! I am following you, but I can't see you on my blog roll. Today you popped up! Glad to see you are well and busy and successful and making some of the most beautiful art!!!
(I want a Santos) Next time, I'm sure.

As for cleaning...you made me realize, I NEVER checked what splattered under the window sill. Outta sight, outta mind. That's my motto. I can see your Southern shudder from here, lol :D

LoVe to YoU!!!

Hi Terri Sweetie...
Oh what beauty you have shared today. I love the Eiffel Tower. Darlin you just keep getting better and better, like a fine wine. It looks so gorgeous framed.

Thank you for sharing sweetie. I have so missed you. I pray your sweet Moma is well. I never miss a night for the two of you.

Tomorrow I see the specialist for my leg. The spot that was dime sized in May is now the size of a baseball. They did bloodwork today to see what my A1C is. They can't do the deep biopsy until I am stable. So many things going on sweet friend.

I have so wanted to call, but not much of a voice still. Today was a rough day for me, I went into the mailroom and on the other side of the wall, I heard a couple of people talking, they were making fun of how I sound when I try to talk. I was crushed as I thought I was doing much better. I have now decided I will just write on my wipe board and no longer talk. I can't take the hurt anymore.

Give your sweet Moma a hug for me. Please know sweet friend that you are so loved. I have loved you from the first time we talked. We both have old souls.

I will write again soon. Many hugs Terrie and so much love, Sherry

It was a good day in Blogland when I saw that your updates are showing up in my blogroll again! I'm so glad they finally figured out the problem and got it fixed.

Congrats on the sale and on the clean-up project, I need to do the same thing…someday.

Welcome back out of the shadows and back into the sunshine, right where you belong!

Now Terri, your name and "lazy" do not belong in the same sentence! You never stop! I'm in awe of your new creations.
Much love!
